The list is growing and the severe has come with Covid-19. We all have stepped out of our homes at least once and are looking at our favourite hangout places and coming back with past memories. When we are ignoring nature the most, it’s nature that’s punishing us like this.
The best way to bring the natural cycle in order and keep ourselves stress free, we should consider gardening at homes. It has been proved that gardening has more benefits to a human than you can count. An experiment published in the Journal of Health psychology had juxtaposed gardening to a stress-relieving activity; tests subjects that gardened experience a more significant decrease in stress as compared to the subjects that were assigned to read.
One research has found that a ten percent increase in nearby greenspace will decrease a person’s health complaints in an amount equivalent to a five year reduction in that person’s age. According to another journal, the fresh air can help to prevent Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) and result in the highest test score among students.
