During the pre-coronavirus world, we would daily commute to our offices, to the parties, celebrating birthdays with friends , attending crowded events, gym classes, holidays and so much more but now everything has been turned into a past memory. And the best individuals are those who are changing themselves in the simple lifestyle demanded during Covid-19.
In this new normal, we are supposed to do nothing of what is written above. The transition from being an extrovert and to act as an introvert, only living at one place for an indefinite time period will cost a lot of mental pressure. We need to manage ourselves in these tough times. Be it our working life or social life, with a little effort we can create the similar vibes which we had once.
The best way is to create your home as one of the most comfortable places surrounded by a plant near your laptop desk, a cup of coffee and sunlight. You should remember to make video calls to your friends and family and keep them in a constant touch with you . Your presence must be felt through your regular checks on them. Not only friends but having a group video call with the office colleagues will also do no harm to the happy life.
Definitely, physical distance will have to be followed but the digital advancements should be used at the best and to make your presence felt.
