As we all are spending a lot of time in front of the Laptops while working from home. Our homes might also not have a good light source . This will add strain on our eye. Afterall, the blue light emitted from the laptop negatively impacts our eyes. So, read below some tips which will help you to keep your eyes fresh and healthy.
1- Remember to take a break from the screen for about 15-20 mins and try to open and close your eyes consciously while looking away from the screen deo 15-20 seconds. Also try to focus your eyes in some distant object.
2- Meanwhile, don’t go to your phone or Tv during that break time. Instead listen to some songs or try to read any book, magazine or try to talk with somebody.
3- Incase you feel allergies irritation, itching , watering or redness in the eyes then it is advised that you should contact a doctor who will prescribe you an anti-allergic drop.
4- Also, don’t touch your eyes frequently especially if you wear spekes as it can be potential carrier of coronavirus.
5- Try to find some exercise for your eyes and do them daily as it will help to improve the eye circulation.
6- Also, you may get lazy while working on your laptop and get laid on bed while using it. Well, this is a wrong step as it will put strain on your eyes and on the back.
