Try to imitate fish for this pose. You will need to pull your cheeks and the corners of your lips inwards.And try to hold this expression and try to smile. You will feel the stretch in your cheeks and jaw.
4- Life the chin
You need to move your head backward as much as you can. And then look up straight at the ceiling. And tighten your face and protrude your lips as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling. This is a good exercise for your entire face.
