The correct way of eating is having fruits or nuts within one hour of waking, then having breakfast within two hours, taking lunch within six hours and dinner within 12 hours.

Taking raw food is also another major factor that adds to digestion problems. There, one should eat soluble fibre from whole grains and fruits with raw veggies to ensure that the good gets easily digested.
5- Drink lots of water
Last but the most important is to drink water. It will keep the body hydrated and make digestion easy for everyone. Better is to take the water while sitting instead of standing.
