The Nobel Prize committee shared a post on Instagram and recalled the meeting between the two legendaries of their times Albert Einstein and Charlie Chaplin. The meeting between them happened nine decades ago and the Nobel committee shared the expert from their meeting.
Einstein: ‘What I most admire about your art, is your universality. You don’t say a word, yet the world understands you!’
Chaplin: ‘True. But your glory is even greater! The whole world admires you, even though they don’t understand a word of what you say.'”
The committee added the photo of the two and wrote,’Take a look at a photograph of the two together.’
The nobel Prize committee further said that ,’Charlie Chaplin was the only person in Hollywood Albert Einstein wanted to meet’. In 1931, Nobel prize winner Albert Einstein got the chance to meet the biggest name of the silent film era during the premier of his film CityLights in Los Angeles.
The meeting happened after Albert was introduced to Mr. Chaplin at Universal Studios and later invited him to attend his premiere of film CityLight in Los Angeles.
