Amid the lockdown, gym and jogging had a long pause. In that case, many have opted for yoga poses as they have the ability to cut the shape of every part of your body.
1- Folded Knees
You need to lie on the floor and fold your legs as such that the knees touch your chest and if you are able to do it, Voila!
2- 90 -90
Sit with straight legs and bend your right knee 90 degrees so that your shin is parallel to your hips. Similarly, bend your left knee 90 degrees but keep your knee directly in line with your hip.
3- Stand and fold
Stand straight with your hands at your chest or on your hips. Then bend your left knee to bring it across your thigh.
4- Reclined position
You need to lie down on your back and keep your legs bent. Then lift the leg to bring your left ankle to rest on your right thigh.
5- Modified Position
Now sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and your hands on either side of your hips. Then, bend your right knee and keep it as perpendicular to your thigh as you can. As then take your left leg behind you and see that it forms a straight line.
