1- Try hot and cold bag
Try using both ice and heat to your advantage when you experience lower back pain. If you have faced any new injury then you should first you ice it, then use heat. But , if you have tweaked your lower back then better to apply ice during the first 24 to 48 hours

A healthy diet can do wonders to the body so trying to eat well can help you maintain a healthy weight to avoid putting extra strain on your lower back. Also, include food which enhances the strength of the bones.
5- Sleep correctly
Sleeping in the correct position helps to prevent the pain. The perfect sleeping position for lower back pain is sleeping on your side with your knees drawn up close to your chest. Also, placing a pillow or two between your legs, while sleeping on your side, helps to reduce stress on your lower back
