This oil has vitamin E, and absorbs easily into the skin and also works as an excellent choice as a natural moisturizer. It also protects the skin’s barrier and doesn’t cause or aggravate atopic dermatitis (a form of eczema), as compared with olive oil.
4- Shea butter
It is extracted from the nuts of the African shea tree. This is a tallow-like substance that is commonly found in a solid form, but it melts at body temperature, and is sometimes used as a moisturizer and hair product.
5- Jojoba Oil
This is an oil that has been extracted from its seeds and used medicinally by Native American tribes. This oil has anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effects, among other skin benefits.
