1- The Chicago Riverwalk
This place was closed in March amid the pandemic but the riverwalk has again reopened in June. It has been welcoming those wearing their masks , socially -distancing themselves and opening form 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The vendors and recreational opportunities will also be opened in phases. They have also included enhanced safety measures for further precautions.
2- Glenstone-Potomac, Maryland
This private contemporary art museum is open to the public from thursday to sundays . The tickets are free and the visitors are supposed to adhere to an established schedule to avoid crowds as the museums will operate at a reduced capacity. The masks and social distancing will be mandatory.
3- Governors Island, New York City
This 172 acre retreat in the middle of the New York Harbor was reopened on July 15. Although the indoor public programming will rmin postponed and the tours of historic sites are also prohibited until further notice. You can go theri foro the recreation of the passive variety like long waterfront walks.
4- Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art – North Adams, Massachusetts
After a long break, the Mass MoCA had reopened on July 11 only for the guests with advanced tickets . The hand sanitiser will be widely available for every visitor. He parties have been requested to follow social distancing norms. Other activities have been stopped until further notice.
