1- Influences the eating pattern
The six-eight hours shift in office demands you to be actively present everywhere required. A person eating junk food rather than the home-made healthy food will be sleepy and lazy to the commands of the seniors. This delay will also affect your work performance and so your growth. Therefore, to be fresh like the eight hours of the day, you need to eat wisely.
2- Propose healthy options
It’s usual to see employees eating from the cafeterias especially those who are living alone. They might be willing to eat the healthy options too only if the cafeteria decided to offer that.
Therefore, one must also offer healthy choices in office, so that an employee will be happy to have that too.
3- Encourage Healthy eating
Every Employee must be supportive to the employee who says no to junk food. Sometimes, you may want to eat one but your co-partner in work may not want to do that, so instead of forcing them to eat you must accept that no.
4- Share healthy snacks
One must carry a large pack of mixed nuts and seeds and satisfy its hunger cravings. Even sharing it to other employees will offer them the chance to taste the healthy snacking and in a way you will be promoting healthy snacking.
